method do you use to clean carpet?
A: We use the steam cleaning method. It's
the most effective way to remove soil from
your carpet.
Q. If I steam clean my
carpet, will it get dirty again faster?
A: No. We pre-condition your carpet with a
synthetic detergent and rinse with clean hot
water.
Q. Will the chemicals you
use harm me or my children?
A: No. Since we rinse your carpet with clean
hot water, all chemical residue is washed
away, leaving you with sparkling clean
carpet.

Q. Doesn't steam cleaning
leave my carpet wet all night?
A: Absolutely not. If done properly, you can
have completely dry carpet in 4 to 6 hours.
We have many customers tell us our drying
time is between 2 to 4 hours.
Q. How long does it take to
clean my carpet?
A: An average size house with 5 carpeted
rooms can be cleaned in about an hour.
Heavily soiled carpet may take an additional
15 to 30 minutes.
Q. I have pet stains, can
they be removed from my carpet? And for how
much money?
A: We use a urine pre-treatment for dog and
cat urine. It is more successful on newer
urine stains, since older stains have
already discolored the carpet fiber. We do
not charge you for pet urine stain removal
unless the stains are excessive, in which
case you can incur an additional $5 to $25
per room charge.
Q. I have furniture in the
rooms I want cleaned, do you move it?
A: We perform light furniture moving for $10
per room. If you want a couple of pieces
moved off the carpet, we can do that for no
charge if you can move it back when the
carpet dries. Otherwise, we will clean
everywhere we can reach with the cleaning
wand and all open spaces.

fees or charges for your service?
A: The prices we quote you on the phone are
guaranteed prices. We will ask you questions
about your carpet to qualify your needs and
concerns to get you the right price for your
carpet cleaning. Therefore there are no
surprises when we arrive at your home.
Q. How soon are you
available to clean my carpet?
A: There are many cases where we can clean
your carpet the same day, but next day
service is available about 95% of the time.
